Branding
We created a complete brand around medweb, providing logo design, web theming, business cards, letterhead and more.
Website Design
We created a flowing and clean look that would speak to Medical professionals across the US. The design was a multi-page design with completely custom graphics and icons.
Knowledge Base
We created a knowledge base to allow users to find answers to their common questions while reducing the number of inquiries to the Medweb support team.
Support Ticket System
We integrated a support ticket system directly into the website which integrated with their current support ticketing system. This allowed signed in users to create support tickets from anywhere on the site at any time.
